The basics are to increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables, nuts, dairy products, fish, and drink 2L of water every day. What you need are foods rich in proteins, healthy fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. The use of nutritional supplements to correct nutritional deficiencies is well-known to have benefits for hair.
Natural remedies for hair
There are no better allies to complement your routine than natural treatments that hydrate and strengthen your hair. Although many women prefer to use a treatment based on haircare products, I personally love these two remedies:
Avocado is known for its many benefits to our hair and skin because it is rich in nutrients and essential oils. The same goes for eggs too.What you need
- 1 ripe avocado.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 1 spoonful of olive oil (15 ml).
Mash the ripe avocado with a fork, and then add the egg yolk and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well and apply the resulting paste to all the hair and scalp, leaving it to work for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse as usual and repeat twice a month.
This mix contains minerals such as calcium, potassium, and iron, which, when absorbed, help to keep the hair healthy.What you need
- 1 ripe banana.
- Lemon juice.
- 1 spoonful of sunflower oil (15 ml).
Mash the ripe banana with a fork and mix it with the lemon juice and sunflower oil. Once you have obtained a paste, apply it to damp hair. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Now that you know what you have to do, you have no more excuses. Get up and start being more careful with your hair, but don’t limit just to that. More external factors impact your hair, and you need to consider each one if you want to have healthy hair.
