Sleep on your back
Did you know something as simple as your sleep position could be a cause of premature aging signs?

A new study conducted by the University of California in San Francisco revealed that having sex at least once a week, slows aging in women.
The researchers monitored the sexual habits of 129 mothers in a relationship over one week. They found that those who had sex at least once during that week had significantly longer telomeres.
Telomeres are regions at the end of the DNA strands that protect chromosomes from deteriorating or fusing with neighboring chromosomes.
Longer telomeres have been associated with slower aging, longer lifespans, and improved overall health.
If researchers believe sex may aid aging in women, you might want to comply — heh!
Watch your frowning
It’s impossible to keep a straight face forever, and even if it weren’t would it be worth not making facial expressions for the sake of preserving wrinkle-free skin.

Avoid tanning beds
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, indoor tanning has been associated with a significant increase in early wrinkles. Yet, over a million Americans, 70% of whom are girls and women, ages 16 to 29 years old, visit a tanning salon daily.
Twenty minutes on a tanning bed is equivalent to a whole day spent on the beach without sunscreen.
Avoid artificial tanning methods, for the sake of the future appearance of your skin.

Wear a hat
Whether you’re at the beach or out in the midday sun, wear a 10cm wide-brimmed hat to prevent the sun from reaching your face and neck.
But don’t rely on unpaired straw hats with rare braids. They let the sun’s rays penetrate. Not even baseball caps protect your ears, neck, or even most of your face from sunburn.
A suitable sun hat has large edges and an inner lining made of canvas.
Do not expose yourself to the midday sun
This advice refers to the interval 11 AM-4 PM in the summer and between noon and 2 PM in the rest of the year.
During this period, ultraviolet radiation is the strongest, the American Skin Association agrees.
Stay in the shade
Because wrinkles occur as a result of excessive sun exposure, on hot days withdraw from time to time to a shady place. At the beach or in the garden, sit under a large umbrella.
If you go for a walk or boat, wear clothing made of compact fabrics that prevent UV rays from penetrating your skin.
Keep a constant weight
If you go through weight fluctuations, the skin will dilate to make room for excess body weight, but it is possible that after a weight loss regimen, it will not return to its original state.

Thus, proper skincare helps protect your epidermis, maintaining the skin’s overall hydration, and supporting a healthy barrier.
Use hydrating products
If you have dry skin, the daily application of moisturizing lotion will slightly swell the skin, temporarily hiding fine lines dug on the skin’s surface.
This is not a long-term solution, but in the short term, it makes your skin look healthier.
Alpha hydroxy acids, which are found in fruits, are used in some cosmetics. They work by removing dead cells from the skin’s surface, exposing young cells underneath to sight.
